If you wish, you can go directly to the Luddenden car park, and we will start from there at 6.45pm. We shall be looking at the history of St. Mary’s Church, and Rodney Collinge will be showing a slide show in St. Mary’s to illustrate this and we can then look around the church for a short time. There will then be another slide show also in the church on the old mills of the Luddenden Valley and the Cold Edge dams water system which powered the water wheels from which they derived their energy.
